At this time of year, I put out a call to women who know there is something in their lives they are ready to change.
I work with a small number of women across the year, from January through to December. This gives us time to go beyond the issue you first arrive with and work with the beliefs, energetic blocks and older patterns underneath it.

My work is deeply intuitive and energy-led. I listen to what you share, but I also tune into what lies beneath it,the beliefs, patterns, emotions and energetic blocks that may be influencing your life without you even realising it.
Together, we uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface and work to energetically release old patterns, wounds, trauma bonds energetic cords, ancestral, genetic and even past life trauma, creating space for you to move forward feeling lighter, freer and more connected to yourself.
