Booking & Programme Terms

These terms explain the arrangements for booking a free introductory session with Louise and, if you later choose to do so, joining the Rejuvenate Healing women's programme.
Your free introduction
The introductory session with Louise is free.
Booking an introductory session does not commit you to joining the paid programme and does not automatically enrol you or take payment for the programme.
The introduction gives you and Louise an opportunity to meet privately, discuss what you are looking for and consider whether Louise's approach and the programme feel suitable for you.
Appointments are booked through the Rejuvenate Healing Wix booking system.
The appointment duration, online meeting details and available appointment times are shown during the booking process or in your booking confirmation.
The women's programme
If, following your introduction, you decide you would like to continue working with Louise, the programme costs:
£150 per month for 12 months
Total programme commitment: £1,800
Joining the programme is a separate decision from booking the free introduction.
Louise will confirm the programme arrangements, start date and payment arrangements with you before the programme begins.
No one is enrolled simply by attending the free introductory session.
When the agreement begins
Your paid programme agreement begins when you have agreed to join the programme and Louise has confirmed your place and the arrangements with you.
The information you are given about the programme, price and commitment forms part of that agreement.
Your right to cancel
If you enter into the paid programme online or at a distance, you will normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning on the day the contract is entered into.
If you ask Louise to begin providing the paid service during that 14-day period and then exercise your right to cancel, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided.
After any applicable statutory cancellation period has ended, the programme is a 12-month commitment unless Louise agrees otherwise or you have another right to end the agreement under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Appointment changes
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please use the cancellation or rescheduling options provided with your Wix booking confirmation or contact Louise.
Any appointment-specific arrangements shown when you make your booking will continue to apply.
If Louise has to rearrange an appointment, she will contact you and arrange another suitable time.
Nature of Louise's work
Louise's work includes approaches such as Reiki, ThetaHealing and intuitive or psychic healing.
These are offered as complementary spiritual and personal-development practices.
They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy or other care from an appropriately qualified health professional.
No particular result can be guaranteed. People's experiences of this type of work vary.
You remain responsible for decisions concerning your physical and mental health and should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary.
Participation
You are encouraged to ask questions and decide for yourself whether Louise's approach is appropriate for you.
Please provide information that is relevant to the service honestly and let Louise know if there is anything that may affect your ability to participate safely or comfortably.
You are free to discuss concerns about the programme directly with Louise.
Payment
The programme fee is £150 per month for 12 months, totalling £1,800.
The payment method and payment dates will be confirmed before you join.
No additional charges will be added without being explained and agreed where required.
If Louise cannot provide the service
Louise will make reasonable efforts to provide the programme and appointments as agreed.
If an appointment cannot take place, Louise will normally offer an alternative date.
If Rejuvenate Healing is unable to provide paid services that have already been paid for and cannot reasonably rearrange them, the appropriate remedy or refund will be discussed with you in accordance with your consumer rights.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Rejuvenate Healing will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
Privacy
Personal information provided through the website, booking system or during your work with Louise is handled in accordance with the Rejuvenate Healing Privacy Notice.
