When you visit the Rejuvenate Healing website, make an enquiry or book an appointment, we may collect information such as your:

Wix Bookings and other service providers

Rejuvenate Healing uses third-party services to operate the website and provide appointments.

Wix for the website, forms and booking system
Google Analytics and Google Ads for website measurement and advertising, where the appropriate consent has been provided
online meeting services used for remote appointments
payment providers used to process payments
professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the business

These organisations process information under their own privacy and security arrangements or on behalf of Rejuvenate Healing.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate protections required by UK data protection law will be used.

Google Analytics and advertising

With your permission, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and Google Ads measurement to understand whether advertising leads to actions such as a completed introductory-session booking.

Analytics and advertising measurement are used to understand website and advertising performance. They are not intended to send Louise the private information you provide during a session.

Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and information you share privately with Louise should not be included in Google Analytics or Google Ads event data.

You can choose whether to allow non-essential analytics and advertising technologies through the website's cookie controls.

Cookies

The Rejuvenate Healing website uses cookies and similar technologies.

Some are necessary for the website and booking system to operate.

Other cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, are optional and should only be used where you have given the appropriate permission.

You can change your cookie choices through the website's cookie settings.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the reason it was collected and to meet any legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.

General enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing client relationship will normally be deleted within 12 months.

Booking, payment and client administration records may be retained for up to 6 years after the client relationship ends where this is necessary for legal, accounting or business-record purposes.

Information of a more personal or sensitive nature will only be kept for as long as it is genuinely needed to provide the service or meet a legal obligation, and will then be securely deleted.

We review the information we hold and delete or anonymise information that is no longer required.

Marketing

We will not automatically add you to a marketing list simply because you book an appointment or make an enquiry.

If you separately choose to receive marketing communications, you can unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights over your personal information. These can include asking us to:

access the information we hold about you
correct inaccurate information
delete information in certain circumstances
restrict or object to certain uses of your information
provide certain information in a portable format

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent.
